An accredited and award-winning, integrated marketing communications professional, Rachel has spent 15 years serving business-to-business clients in industries including industrial manufacturing, data center, engineering and professional services. Rachel‘s unique experience includes a combination of public relations and content marketing, along with marketing technology and data-driven campaign and strategy development.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Mount Union and holds accreditation in public relations (a designation earned by fewer than 2% of professionals in the field). Rachel holds numerous HubSpot certifications including Solutions Partner and Objectives-Based Onboarding, enabling her to help organizations select and optimize their customer platform tools.
Prior to joining JSA, Rachel served as the marketing operations director for a leading automotive equipment distributor in North America and Europe. She also serves on the board of directors for the Tampa Bay Chapter of PRSA.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading a good book, high intensity interval training and traveling with her husband.
