Jaymie Scotto Cutaia is the Founder and CEO of JSA, a global public relations, marketing and communications agency dedicated exclusively to digital infrastructure. For more than 20 years, she has worked at the intersection of data centers, telecommunications, connectivity, cloud and emerging technology, helping companies across the digital infrastructure ecosystem build their brands, communicate their value and navigate a rapidly evolving industry.

Since founding JSA in 2005, Jaymie has grown the agency into a recognized industry leader serving companies across the data center, telecom and digital infrastructure markets. Under her leadership, JSA has represented hundreds of brands through thousands of campaigns, media opportunities, industry initiatives and strategic communications programs. JSA is a five-time Inc. 5000 company and has been recognized repeatedly as one of the Top 100 Elite Agencies in the U.S by PRNEWS.

Jaymie is also an active voice on some of the most important issues shaping the future of digital infrastructure, including the rapid growth of AI infrastructure, data center development, sustainability, community engagement and public perception. She is sought out by national and industry media for perspective on the data center and digital infrastructure sectors, bringing a communications and industry lens to conversations around growth, reputation, community impact and the evolving role of critical infrastructure.

She also regularly brings together executives and industry leaders to advance conversations about how critical infrastructure can continue to grow while better communicating and delivering its economic, technological and community value.

Throughout her career, Jaymie has created platforms designed not only to promote the industry, but to connect it.

In 2012, she launched JSA TV, creating an industry-focused media platform dedicated to the people, companies and trends shaping digital infrastructure. Today, JSA TV has more than 200,000 subscribers and over 4 million views. Through executive interviews, breaking industry news, event coverage and original programming, the platform gives industry leaders a powerful channel to tell their stories while expanding awareness of the infrastructure powering our increasingly connected world.

Jaymie is also the creator of Greener Data, a multi-author book series and industry initiative focused on sustainability across data centers and digital infrastructure. Across three books in the series, Greener Data has brought together more than 100 industry leaders to share ideas, practical strategies and diverse perspectives on building a more sustainable digital future. The initiative has expanded beyond the books to create ongoing opportunities for education, collaboration and recognition of companies working to advance sustainability across the industry.

Her commitment to strengthening the digital infrastructure community has also led Jaymie to create industry roundtables, educational programs, networking opportunities and collaborative initiatives designed to bring leaders together around emerging challenges and opportunities. She also launched the Women’s Speaking Initiative, an effort created to encourage more diverse voices on industry conference stages and keynote programs.

Before founding JSA, Jaymie served as Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Telx, where she led marketing, public relations and event initiatives for one of the country’s leading colocation and interconnection providers. That experience gave her an early, firsthand understanding of the infrastructure, companies and relationships behind the digital economy that would later become the foundation of JSA.

Jaymie began her career in journalism as a news producer at MSNBC. Her experience inside a national newsroom continues to influence JSA’s approach to media relations, storytelling and strategic communications today. During her tenure at MSNBC, Jaymie contributed to the network’s Emmy Award-winning coverage of the September 11 terrorist attacks.

Beyond her work at JSA, Jaymie serves as an Ambassador for Télécoms Sans Frontières (TSF), an international humanitarian organization that uses telecommunications and technology to support people affected by crises and disasters. She also serves on the advisory board of Data Center Results.

Jaymie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude with highest thesis honors, from Tufts University and a Master of Fine Arts in Writing from New York University.

For Jaymie, however, success has never been defined by business alone. She is the proud mom of her daughter, Ava Capri, and considers her husband, Rory, and their more than two decades of marriage and courtship among the greatest blessings in her life.
