With 12+ years of diverse public relations and marketing experience, Courtney focuses on developing strategic public relations plans that optimize messaging and target key market opportunities for our JSA clients. Her specialties also include website content writing, social media strategy and website analysis.
Prior to joining the telecom industry, Courtney was the marketing director for international franchise restaurant companies where she developed and executed sales-driven marketing campaigns, oversaw the creative design team, managed strategic partnerships and spearheaded new product rollouts.
Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, as well as a master of business administration from the University of South Florida with concentrations in advanced marketing strategy, management and entrepreneurship. When not planning the next big telecom announcement for our clients, she enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, volunteering with the Junior League of Atlanta and spending quality time with her husband and dogs.
