Becky has served as a communication strategist in the corporate, government and nonprofit sectors. Initially a newspaper journalist, she served as a press aide to a U.S. Senator and as a speechwriter to a U.S. Cabinet Secretary in Washington, D.C. before moving to the corporate world in Dallas. She has led marketing communications and media relations efforts for companies involved in technology, finance, real estate, public policy and environmental services. Becky earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Kansas and a master’s degree in corporate public relations from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
