For the 2025 edition of CPExpo, over 5,000 channel partners, suppliers and innovators convened in Las Vegas at the Venetian to be a part of the World’s Largest Channel Event! And this year did not disappoint! From robot bartenders and AI-photo booths to world-renowned speakers and groundbreaking announcements to nightclub extravaganzas and so much more, this powerhouse event was filled with excitement and the opportunity to connect, learn and grow behind the glitz and glam of fabulous (and technology-driven) Las Vegas!
So, without further ado, here are JSA’s Top 5 Highlights from Channel Partners 2025.
1. Celebrating 15 Years of ACW!
To kick the festivities off, the Alliance of Channel Women hosted its annual ACW Connect Live soiree to mark ACW’s 15-year anniversary in “Old Hollywood Glam.” From sequins and feathers to pearls and bowties, ACW members and allies stepped out in style as they celebrated the evolution of this empowering organization. Wellness and entertainment icon Jess King, founding Peloton instructor, CEO of MindFull³, and celebrity fitness coach, graced the center stage to give an inspiring and motivational keynote that had guests on their feet. For the star-studded ACW awards ceremony, attendees cheered and embraced the evening’s most influential and impactful award winners. In addition, ACW’s co-founder, Nancy Ridge, took the stage to highlight the organization’s evolution and humble roots, and current ACW President Mayka Rosales-Peterson and ACW Vice President Akilah Murrell lit up the night with energy and enthusiasm as they offered words of encouragement for the next generation of channel women!
Truly a highlight of every Channel Partners event, ACW Connect Live 2025 was one for the record books. As a proud supporter, JSA‘s Buffy Harakidas, a long-time ACW member, and Kealey Dorian strolled the event to capture attendees’ thoughts and words to describe ACW during this most momentous celebration.

2. The Extraordinary Expo Floor
AI arrived at the infamous CPExpo floor with mind-blowing experiences at every turn! From Lumen’s AI photo booth to Nextiva’s Las Vegas sphere replica coined the “Nextiverse Experience,” complete with an AI robot bartender and demos of its next-gen Customer Experience Platform, artificial intelligence was the main attraction! What’s more, a full-size NASCAR race car greeted attendees as a DJ spun hot Vegas tracks to set the mood for the boldest and most innovative channel show to date! Other notables from the expo floor included live musical performances, a wild west corner, a strolling LED transformer and several themed bars and barista stations.
Not to mention, former UFC light heavyweight Quinton “Rampage” Jackson held a meet and greet at the ever-popular Telesystem booth! And we can’t forget Vonage’s neon-inspired groovy hub with custom gear made on the spot and Vonage friendship bracelets for the Swifties at heart to celebrate the next era of this leading communications brand.
3. CallTower’s Cash and Cocktails
A staple event year after year, over 300 packed Sugarcane at the Venetian for this not-to-be-missed networking party! With cash giveaways and unlimited cocktails throughout, this iconic CPExpo event lived up to the hype.
Bringing together the CallTower community, Cash and Cocktails was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of meetings and strolling the expo floor — all with the chance to walk away with cold hard cash and valuable connections to expand your network!
4. JSA TV Live From CPExpo
All the action was at our JSA TV studio for another live-streaming Channel Partners broadcast! Industry leaders joined us to share their latest stories, headlines and insights while highlighting this year’s channel trends. From AI to the latest in partner programs and CPaaS, CCaaS and cybersecurity, these episodes topped the charts! And we can’t forget a very special appearance by Chance, the official mascot of the Las Vegas Golden Knights!
New this year, JSA brought mini-media training sessions to the CPExpo floor to empower executives with the expert tips and tricks needed to ace their next media interview!

5. The Epic AVANT Closing Party
The ultra-luxurious LIV at the posh Fountainbleau was host to AVANT’s highly anticipated closing conference finale party! With state-of-the-art laser light shows and bodacious beats, AVANT partners were treated to an unforgettable Vegas nightlife experience!
The epic event brought out the who’s who in the channel to close out yet another year of evolution for a community that continues to push the boundaries of technology, continues to reach new heights, continues to embrace inclusion, and is truly a community like no other!
