A data center strategy is only as strong as the foundations it’s built on. When you look at that literally, we’re talking about land and site development. It’s true that robust location strategy, site selection, due diligence, acquisition and development are key to ensuring whatever infrastructure or strategy is built on top can flourish and help tenants innovate. Without laying these firm foundations in the initial stages of a product life cycle, nobody can be sure they’re getting the very best solution possible.
