This new build-to-suit turnkey facility, strategically located on Comstock Street in Santa Clara, California, is at the center of major fiber routes following diverse paths to the top Tier 1 long haul and metro providers.

With construction slated to begin in the second half of 2023, this is the fourth Silicon Valley facility for Prime Data Centers. Features of the new carrier-neutral four-story, 119,000 square-foot purpose-built data center will include:

  • 9MW of critical capacity with N+1 redundancy
  • World-class connectivity options
  • Economical and reliable power in Silicon Valley

“We are excited to continue to expand our presence in Silicon Valley and the greater San Francisco Bay Area,” says Nicholas Laag, CEO of Prime Data Centers. “The region is as systemically important as ever and we’re seeing strong demand from the world’s most influential companies.”

In addition to five strategic locations across California, Prime Data Centers is expanding its global footprint with active projects across the U.S. and Europe.
