Peerless Network announces today new Microsoft Teams integration with their own extensive offering of collaboration tools. The integration, called Peerless Direct Routing, provides a more reliable, cost-effective business voice alternative. Customers can connect their Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunks to Microsoft Teams, which turns MS Teams into an office phone system with PBX integration capabilities.
This new offering expands users’ ability to work from anywhere – an important necessity as many companies continue to have employees work from home. Peerless Network’s already vast portfolio of high-quality voice products, services and platforms that deliver work-from-anywhere, business communication solutions are expanded even further with this new direct connection to Microsoft Teams. The new service allows customers to make and receive business calls, engage in conference calls, transfer calls, and use voicemail within MS Teams.
“Peerless Network makes it easy for our customers to use MS Teams,” said Rick Knight, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Peerless Network. “Peerless Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams provides our customers with the resources, technology, and support they need to scale their business simply and affordably as they leverage a MS environment.”
