Though 2020 has been left firmly in the past, global businesses are still searching for ways to adapt and for success stories that can offer insight into how peers evolved to stay ahead of challenge. As one of the communications solutions providers that helped keep the world connected despite difficult times, netsapiens recently celebrated its 1.7 millionth user on its SNAPsolution – a cloud-native unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) software. This achievement doesn’t just reflect the company’s dedication to its customers — it also highlights a heartening example of how the world sought (and found) innovation as a remedy to distance and disruption.
netsapiens, a specialized provider of UC&C and contact center solutions for businesses, enacted many important changes to SNAPsolution in response to the spike in remote work during the past year. Launched in the spring and referred to as the v41 edition, the newest iteration of SNAPsolution improved the program’s integration capacity. The new version also featured new speech-to-text and text-to-speech abilities as well as single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.
“Going into 2020, we had really honed our ability to empower service providers to use our feature-rich, cloud native UCaaS platform to accelerate their potential growth in the market,” says Anand Buch, CEO of netsapiens. “The big effort last year was to give our customers new collaboration tools that would help them support businesses adjusting to the sudden increase in remote work caused by the pandemic. We had to accelerate our roll out of v41 of SNAPsolution while still maintaining the quality our customers expect in order to help them keep pace and succeed. We have always worked to maintain that kind of symbiotic relationship with our customers.”
The move paid off for netsapiens, who grew their user base by 70% in response to their efforts. All those involved are proud of their efforts in supporting their partners, reinforcing their determination to do so in the future as well.
“Our community and our partner network are extremely important to us,” Anand notes. “From the get-go, we’ve been working together to build a value chain that our service provider customers can benefit from as they look to grow their own end-user communities. In many ways, our licensing model helped our customers thrive during a year that placed a significant downdraft on the global economy. The facts are clear – we would not be where we are today without the support of our clients. Throughout the rest of 2021 and beyond, we will continue working together in new ways with our customers to tackle whatever needs they identify in the markets they serve.”
