Lightpath Miami’s AI-Ready Fiber Expands, Connecting to New Cable Landing Station

Lightpath, an all-fiber, infrastructure-based connectivity provider revolutionizing how organizations connect to their digital destinations, announced a significant expansion of its Miami network to the Hollywood Cable Landing Station in partnership with a strategic anchor customer. The latest milestone at 460 NE 215th Street adds to the momentum of Lightpath’s presence in the Miami region. 

Once completed later this year, the expansion will bring Lightpath Miami’s digital footprint to over 80 route miles of 100% underground, AI-grade fiber infrastructure. The enhanced network will directly connect to a total of 12 critical data centers in the Miami metro, set to deliver dark fiber and wavelength connectivity up to 800 Gbps.

With this latest milestone, Lightpath’s leadership underscores its dedication to investing in high-capacity infrastructure where it’s needed most, laying the foundation for Miami’s AI-ready future.

This news follows Lightpath’s previous Miami expansion, which was announced toward the end of last year.
