Mitchell’s Leadership Further Strengthens JSA’s Operational Strategy & Scalability

JSA is very proud to announce the promotion of Barb Mitchell to Chief Operating Officer (COO). This move reflects JSA’s continued focus on enhancing operational strategy and execution in key areas such as resourcing, training and efficiency while elevating the caliber of work delivered to the company’s growing roster of clients.
With over eight years at JSA, Mitchell has been instrumental in shaping strategic client initiatives, driving the company’s growth and increasing operational excellence. Her extensive background includes developing comprehensive marketing strategies for various large and mid-sized Canadian telecom firms as well as Fortune 500 organizations, such as Heineken and Coca-Cola. During her tenure at JSA, Barb has managed a range of global telecom, technology and data center clients and has led the Global Markets division, focusing on client relationship management, strategy and operations.
