ITRenew announced today that the company’s President, Ali Fenn, will lead an executive session at the must-attend OCP Global Summit taking place March 4-5 at the San Jose Convention Center. The annual Summit brings together nearly 4,000 key decision makers, executives, engineers, developers and suppliers to help grow, drive and support the open hardware ecosystem in, near and around the datacenter and beyond.
Ali will address and share solutions to overcoming the challenges to adopting a circular data center economy. While the largest data centers are leveraging open hardware to drive major advances in total cost of ownership (TCO) and optimize their corresponding hardware refresh cycles, the same opportunity has not been available to the broader global IT markets and the exponential growth in data and compute requirements are driving infrastructure scale that is unsustainable.
“The major hyperscalers have led the work in the shift to open and ODM hardware, enjoying all of the advantages that come from moving away from the traditional deploy-and-dispose approach,” commented Ali Fenn, President, ITRenew. “Now is the time for infrastructure buyers everywhere to benefit by adopting circular principles and solutions, seizing the tremendous opportunity they offer. We’re excited to help lead the conversation at the OCP Global Summit and continue our commitment to transforming data center economics and sustainability across the global IT industry.”
Join Ali in her session “The TCO of OCP: Maximize Your Financial & Sustainability Results Today,” on Wednesday, March 4 at 3:00 p.m. PST to learn how embracing a circular economic IT model democratizes access to OCP solutions for enterprises globally, maximizes the lifetime value of assets and unlocks the industry’s tremendous collective power to achieve essential sustainability advantages.
