Today, Hylan has a new home! The company moved its headquarters to the revitalized Bell Works Complex at 101 Crawfords Corner Road in Holmdel, New Jersey. The 2-million-square-foot building sits on 472 acres of the historic former Bell Labs building, which has served as a center for major scientific developments for major corporations for six decades.
Bell Works transformed the property into a desired destination complete with business, technology, office space, retail, dining, hospitality and more. The larger location is an ideal fit for Hylan, which is experiencing significant growth, including integrating four significant company acquisitions over the past two years.
“We are excited to continue our national growth across our Hylan Companies by moving into one of New Jersey’s most desired spaces, heralded as a ‘metroburb,’ combining both professional and urban life,” comments Joe Cecin, CEO of Hylan. “Hylan is proud to continue being a part of the Holmdel community and this move to a dynamic, fun and collaborative workspace is surely a positive step ahead for our growing company.”
