Elea Data Centers has announced expansion to its leadership team as international demand for Brazilian digital infrastructure heats up. Ana Franco has joined the company as International Business Director, where she’ll work alongside recently appointed VP of International Business Elena Winters. 

The move signals Elea’s commitment to capitalizing on growing global interest in Brazil as power constraints in more mature markets push customers to explore new options for AI-ready capacity.

Franco brings solid credentials to the role, including more than 10 years in the data center industry, including roles at Infrastructure Masons and KIO Data Centers, where she held director and C-level positions focused on international collaboration and commercial strategy. 

“Ana brings together global experience, sector-specific vision, and operational rigor — fundamental attributes at this stage of Elea, in which the company becomes a central player in the Latin American market,” says Alessandro Lombardi, Founder and President of Elea. “Her arrival reinforces our vision of building teams based on trust, a high-value and impactful work ethic, and reaffirms our commitment to female leadership,” he adds.
