High-capacity dark fiber and conduit network provider DF&I will make an appearance at the 2023 TMT M&A forum later this month, with CEO Scott Bergs participating in a breakout panel session.
The panel, titled “Enterprise Fiber – consolidation and M&A,” will feature speakers from the enterprise fiber space. They will discuss the challenges commonly faced during the M&A process, along with the positive impacts of enterprise fiber consolidation on overall growth.
Scott Bergs brings extensive expertise and experience to the panel, spanning executive management, operations, sales and marketing, customer support, legal and regulatory support, fundraising, and M&A strategy and execution. In addition to his executive experience, Bergs also has an industry background in data centers, fiber networks, wireless network operators, ISPs, and other critical communications infrastructure.
The TMT M&A Forum is an annual event that brings together executive M&A strategy leaders in the telecom, digital infrastructure, software, and services industries for a chance to network and exchange knowledge. This year’s event, with a digital infrastructure M&A and investment strategies theme, will feature 500 attendees, 125 speakers, and 36 breakout sessions.
The panel discussion is scheduled for 2 PM ET on September 28 at the Metropolitan Club in New York.
