Enhancements to the Customer Portal Bring More Visibility, Control, and Real-time Analytics

The enhancements are aimed at providing more visibility, control and improved functionality for customers. Customers can now self-manage physical access rights to the data center for their staff. The new physical access controls allow customers to define roles and rights for their cardholders as well as activate and deactivate access. All of this can be done independently, without contacting DataBank.  

This added functionality now makes it even easier for DataBank customers to manage their cloud, colocation, and managed services environments with self-service ease and access, all connected in one simple-to-use management dashboard.
