Leading fiber-to-the-premises (FttP) broadband provider Consolidated Communications announced Fred Graffam, who most recently served as executive vice president and CFO at Monitronics International, dba Brinks Home Security, as their new executive vice president and CFO. Graffam brings more than 30 years of experience in financial management, operational leadership and accounting within the technology and telecom industries at both public and private companies.

Graffam has also served as senior vice president of finance, investor relations and corporate development at technology company DigitalGlobe, Inc., senior vice president of the North America/Asia Pacific regions at Level 3 Communications and has served in various finance and operating capacities of increasing responsibility at Comcast, among other roles.
Graffam’s official first day is Dec. 1 at which time Steve Childers will transition from chief financial officer to an advisory role until Dec. 31, 2022, to ensure a smooth transition.
