Facilities-based fiber-optic broadband service provider, Horizon, has expanded its partnership with Connectbase, The Industry Cloud for Connectivity. This expanded partnership builds on a 4-year relationship and provides Horizon the benefits of Connectbase’s right-of-way (ROW) NearNet analysis.
