Zuora is a leading cloud-based subscription management platform provider that enables businesses with the solutions they need to succeed in the subscription era. By working together, BDx and Zuora are now providing a fully digital quote-to-cash data center billing experience for BDx customers. 
Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ software are now available at all BDx data centers across the Asia Pacific region. The solutions give customers instant access to their billing information through BDx’s customer portal, BDx 360°. The information will help guide the most complex of deals while accurately forecasting with ease and in real-time.
Increased Need for Instant Data Center Billing Information
The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the need for customers to be able to access, upgrade, or resume their infrastructure investments and information without having to rely on staff being at the data center or in the office to assist. Additionally, the use of automated tools within data centers is becoming more essential. The partnership helped BDx automate most of the quote-to-cash data center billing processes and bring more complex digital offerings to market quickly.
