It is no secret to anyone that data centres are currently one of the fastest growing asset classes in most regions of the world. From greenfield investments to massive business buyouts, the sector has been living in its own reality, distanced from harsher situations in other verticals.

In this interview, JSA’s João Marques Lima sits down with Derek Webster, CEO and owner of data centre advisory and consultancy firm Andget Limited, to talk through how the European investor profile is changing, with traditional sectors now seeing data centres as a large slice of the investment pie as data centres have built a good track record since the dot.com crash.
