A New Chapter for HYLAN: CEO and President Take Majority Ownership

HYLAN, a leading provider of comprehensive communication solutions and utility construction services, is making big moves. Robert DiLeo, CEO and Chairman, and John DiLeo Jr., President and Vice Chairman, are taking majority ownership of the company.

This milestone is part of HYLAN’s long-term growth strategy, marking a return to independence as they continue to expand nationally and better serve a growing customer base. Headquartered in the vibrant community of Holmdel, New Jersey, HYLAN operates across the United States, spanning regions from the Northeast to the West. Earlier this year, they unified all divisions under one banner, aptly named “one HYLAN,” streamlining the brand identity, enhancing efficiency, and reinforcing a strong market presence.

Since 2018, its footprint has expanded to 17 states, offering a wide range of services, including wireline, wireless, municipal and smart city solutions, electrical construction, and EV charging infrastructure.

Robert DiLeo shared his thoughts on this pivotal moment: “Acquiring a majority stake in HYLAN aligns perfectly with our vision to become a national leader in communications and infrastructure. This move comes at a time of tremendous growth opportunities in the market, positioning us to expand both organically and through strategic partnerships. I’m excited to lead HYLAN alongside our exceptional team to even greater success.”

John DiLeo Jr. added, “We’ve always been a key player in the communications and infrastructure industry. With this exciting next step, we’re committed to further strengthening and growing our position as leaders in the field.”

Stay tuned as they embark on this new chapter at HYLAN, driven by innovation, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
