This week, the company announced the appointment of Rob Pedrosa to lead the company’s Telecom Operations Division. Pedrosa has held many leadership positions over his 25-year career in IT, customer satisfaction and infrastructure management. His experience includes developing and leading operations teams at companies such as Level 3 Communications (now Lumen Technologies), EarthLink, Internap Hosting and Spread Networks. Through extensive knowledge of networking, design and development of complex network systems, Pedrosa’s  project leadership will further enhance Vertek’s ability to provide operational excellence to their customers.
