Lightpath announced it has brought on an industry veteran to lead its corporate finance operations. Rachel Stack will serve as Chief Financial Officer for the all-fiber, infrastructure-based connectivity provider revolutionizing how organizations connect to their digital destinations.
In her new role, Stack will support Lightpath’s strategic growth plans. Her responsibilities include accounting, financial planning and budgeting, treasury, tax, and internal audit, and she will oversee corporate development, strategy, and capital markets planning and execution for Lightpath.
“Rachel has extensive experience in the industry, and is a strong, proven leader who will help the company continue to formulate and execute upon its strategic plan,” said Chris Morley, Lightpath CEO. “She brings an accomplished track record and represents a great addition to the Lightpath leadership team.”

With more than 25 years of experience, Stack comes to Lightpath after previously serving as CFO for Cologix. She also previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development at Zayo Group Holdings and worked as an investment banker covering the communications infrastructure sector at RBC Capital Markets.
