American Tower’s newest Edge Data Centers in the Denver and the Boulder areas in Colorado are now tenant ready! This latest development follows the recent launch of American Tower Edge Data Centers, designed to maximize flexibility and efficiency for customer deployments.
The new edge data centers in Colorado are strategically positioned on the network edge to offer customers an alternative location to centralized metro data centers. Both facilities are 360 square feet, provide eight customer cabinets and consist of 20 quarter-cabinet lockers and three full cabinets. The connectivity enabled, multitenant, neutral-host edge data centers maximize flexibility and are directly connected via dark fiber to a major data center in the region.

American Tower’s Boulder-area Edge Data Center is located at 9110 Interlocken Loop in Broomfield, approximately 15 miles southeast of Boulder. As the area continues to grow, demand for storage at the edge will also increase.
