As JSA’s Finance and HR Manager, Penny is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bookkeeping, and HR reporting and management.

Penny brings a wealth of experience to JSA, including over 15+ years  in Human Resources Management and 10+years in Business Operations Management.  She holds two professional certifications: SHRM-CP and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification.

Above all, Penny compliments her HR & knowledge with her JSA heart.  She approaches each task with pleasant efficiency and professionalism, and reminds us of the beautiful balance between work and life.  And more so, she inspires each of us with her ability to see the best part of us.

Penny is a proud mother and grandmother, and enjoys volunteer work with children in Foster Care.
