As Director of Demand Generation at JSA, she develops and executes multi-channel marketing strategies that drive qualified leads, optimize conversion rates, and support pipeline growth. As JSA’s HubSpot lead, she leverages her deep expertise in marketing automation, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) to streamline lead management and enhance sales enablement.

With over eight years of experience in digital marketing, Natalie has worked extensively with paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and funnel strategies to create high-impact marketing campaigns. Before joining JSA, she built a career that blended entrepreneurship, creativity, and strategic thinking. In 2020, she founded her own digital marketing agency, specializing in helping arts organizations thrive during one of the most challenging times in the industry’s history. Her experience as a business owner strengthened her ability to think big picture, develop innovative marketing strategies, and implement inbound marketing techniques that fueled business growth.

Natalie holds a Summa Cum Laude Bachelor’s Degree from Purchase College, SUNY, with a Major in Arts Management and a Minor in Political Science. Prior to her marketing career, she trained pre-professionally as a dancer at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and later worked as a Program Director at Joffrey Ballet School while also managing small dance companies throughout NYC. Her background in the arts shaped her ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking—two skills she applies daily in her marketing career.

Originally from Queens, NY, Natalie now resides in Florida with her three dogs, Daisy, Penny, and Chloe. A natural planner and design enthusiast, she’s always curating new ideas—whether for marketing strategies, home aesthetics, or travel itineraries. When she’s not working, she enjoys exploring new destinations, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
