As JSA’s VP of Account Management & Operations, Katie wears many hats. She drives marketing strategy, crafts engaging campaigns for clients, and manages all account deliverables effectively, strategically, and timely.

Katie’s commitment to JSA Operations is unwavering. She tirelessly supports all day-to-day operations, championing to always improve the “how” of how things are done. Her efforts make JSA a highly effective organization through both people and processes.

Katie graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.

Katie resides in Basye, Virginia, and is an avid hiking enthusiast, climbing to Everest Base Campa and Kilimanjaro, as well as an experienced skier, and proud owner of two dogs and four cats.
