Throughout Erin’s 7+ years of experience in the digital marketing realm, she consistently supports her clients and team with unwavering loyalty living by her late grandfather’s favorite motto: “Learn something new every day.” Supporting all digital aspects of client campaigns, Erin is always up for a challenge. To best tell their story, Erin dutifully gets to know each of her clients along with the inner workings of their organizations. She has a knack for placing herself in the shoes of the client, anticipating their needs before they ever have to express them.

Prior to entering the telecom industry, Erin gained extensive experience in both client-facing and C-Suite executive supporting roles. She began her career in the private event sector and learned the ropes quickly, where she soon after directed the business’ daily ops. With a focus on the combination of both inbound and outbound marketing efforts, she spearheaded a variety of successful campaigns that have scaled several organizations over the years. With hustle and heart, Erin cultivated and retained long-term relationships with her clients and served as their trusted advocate. She further developed her craft when she became Head of Client Success at her former agency.

Erin graduated Summa Cum Laude in the top 5% of her graduating class at the State University of New York College at Cortland. There, she completed her degree in Communications with a Concentration in Public Relations and Advertising along with a Minor in Management. Multi-faceted, Erin also took a special interest in broadening her knowledge in the Event industry. With awards in both Media Writing and Gender Communication, Erin then went on to join a community of top scholars and professionals through the country’s oldest and most selective honor society, Phi Kappa Phi.

A New Yorker at heart, Erin is now residing on the West Coast just a hop, skip, and jump away from Silicon Valley. When she’s not delving into the world of digital marketing, you can find Erin practicing yoga, perusing the shoe aisle at her local boutique, or taking her and her boyfriend’s Pitbull-terrier mix, Carmella, on a hike enjoying all that sunny California has to offer.
