As a Digital Marketing Analyst at JSA, Erin is responsible for developing social media content; producing analytics reporting; conducting industry research; establishing media & analyst outreach; managing client agendas & editorial calendars; writing blogs & press releases and pitching industry events, awards, & speaking opportunities for JSA clients.

A communications and marketing professional for more than two decades, Erin began her career as a television news reporter working in Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, and New York markets before moving to the other side of the camera as the Director of Communications for the American Red Cross in Connecticut. She later worked as a newspaper journalist for various Connecticut publications and as a social media specialist in the telecom industry before joining JSA.

Erin graduated from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Psychology. She resides in Connecticut with her husband, two children, and their puppy, Max. Erin is happiest enjoying the #lakelife with her kids, book blogging about the hottest new release or taking in a Broadway show in NYC.
