There they grow again! T5 Data Centers is expanding its Atlanta footprint with the acquisition of a 91-acre data center campus in South Fulton County, Georgia. This new facility, known as ATL IV, is already zoned for data center use and primed for rapid development, with the capacity to support up to 300 megawatts (MW) of critical IT infrastructure.
Strategically located in the cities of Fairburn and Palmetto, this multi-building campus will play a vital role in the region’s tech infrastructure. Staying true to T5’s commitment to innovation, ATL IV will feature advanced AI capabilities and integrate state-of-the-art liquid cooling technology. This expansion is set to better serve clients seeking high-performance cloud solutions, particularly those with demanding computational requirements.
