Big news for Nashville’s digital future! RadiusDC officially broke ground on Nashville I, its new colocation facility in Tennessee. Backed by Blue Owl Capital Inc., this next-generation facility is set to become the largest and newest colocation facility in Nashville proper.
Located in the Trinity Hills area on 12 acres, Nashville I will deliver 12MW of critical power across a 102,500 square-foot structure. It’s engineered for optimal efficiency, reliability and scalability, featuring advanced cooling for high-density deployments and a closed-loop cooling system that uses little to no water. The facility also promises robust connectivity through multiple local and long-haul carriers.
Mike Krza, CEO of RadiusDC, emphasized that this project is “more than infrastructure. It’s an investment in Nashville’s community, people and digital innovation.” Nashville I will provide secure, scalable, and highly connected colocation services, crucial for expanding IT infrastructure to the network edge.
The facility is anticipated to open in 2026, marking another significant expansion for RadiusDC, which owns and operates facilities in strategically important population centers, including Miami and Denver, serving a diverse range of network operators and content providers.
