We love working with our clients on a long-term retainer basis – that’s how we achieve the best results! However, we know that sometimes clients prefer to walk together before we run. We always want our clients to have the right package for their needs and budget, so we’ve built in flexibility from the beginning.

We work with our clients to determine deliverables each month based on strategy, KPIs and business priorities. If you need strategic planning and content development in Q1, and then want to dive into digital ads and nurturing campaigns in Q2, for example, we can do that — no need to revisit the contract! This pricing model, combined with our full-service capabilities, means you’ll have unmatched flexibility and options with JSA. We just ask for a month’s notice to seamlessly switch your team specialists when and as needed.
Yes, we do often represent competitors, and we have strict protocols to ensure clear boundaries and confidentiality. As an agency born and raised within one industry, we wouldn’t have survived 20+ years if we didn’t! We take this topic very seriously, with a three-pronged approach:
- NDAs: JSA signs NDAs with all of our employees and all of our clients.
- Digital Walls: Each of our account teams has a team email that goes only to the folks assigned to that team. That team email opens up the correspondence and files for that team on our client-specific Google Drive. Other JSAers who don’t have access to that team email cannot view or access those details.
- Specific Account Teams: Competitive clients are assigned completely different JSA Account Directors. JSA employs 70+ full-time marketers, so we have a deep enough bench to avoid adding the same JSAers to competitive accounts.
