Scholarship to be awarded to an outstanding female high school senior or college undergraduate who embodies Stefanie’s dedication to success, community, environmental appreciation and caring for others
LAS VEGAS – January 21, 2022 – Jaymie Scotto & Associates (JSA), the preeminent provider of public relations (PR), digital marketing and event planning services for telecom, data center and network infrastructure companies, announces the Stefanie Ann Cronin Make a Difference Scholarship in honor of Stefanie Ann Cronin, a JSA employee who lost her battle with Uterine Sarcoma – PEComa, an extremely rare cancer, in January 2021.
Stefanie had an amazing and tenacious spirit, and was full of strength, grace, hope and faith – abiding by the very way she lived her life. She never missed an opportunity to show her love and appreciation for her loved ones, her work, her community, the environment, her surfboard and so much more. She embodied an ‘I can do anything I put my mind to’ attitude.
Stefanie also had a tremendous drive as an entrepreneur. Originally from New Jersey, she moved to Hawaii where she could work as a PR & Social Media Strategist, while also pursuing her dream – to be able to surf daily. While in Honolulu, Stefanie was featured in an ABC Shark Tank success story. She even made it to the second round of ABC’s Shark Tank before deciding to venture on her own instead of seeking an investment from the Sharks. Soon after is when she came to work for JSA.
“From the first time I met Stefanie, she was the embodiment of light, strength and heart with her beautiful combination of an ‘old soul’ and ‘spirit for adventure’,” states JSA Founder and CEO Jaymie Scotto Cutaia. “We are truly honored to be able to present the Stefanie Ann Cronin Make a Difference Scholarship, and look forward to reviewing the amazing applicants and how they aspire to make a positive impact in the world.”
The $3,000 scholarship, presented by JSA, is open to female high school seniors and undergraduate students pursuing a degree from a nationally- or regionally-accredited higher education institution in the United States, and who demonstrate the same dedication to the community and the environment, drive for entrepreneurial success, and caring spirit that Stefanie embodied. All applications must be submitted via Bold.org at https://bold.org/scholarships/stefanie-ann-cronin-make-a-difference-scholarship/ to be considered. Deadline for applications is February 14, 2022.
