As a lifelong learner and technologist at heart, Kelley’s passion for STEM subjects led her to pursue a degree in chemistry, followed by a master’s and Ph.D. in chemical engineering. Her professional journey has been fueled by a desire to make a tangible impact on the world through sustainability, and opening doors for women in STEM fields. 

At Iceotope, Kelley is at the forefront of cutting-edge technological breakthroughs in Precision Liquid Cooling (PLC). She is deeply passionate about Iceotope’s mission, which contributes to a more sustainable and resilient world—a crucial aspect in addressing climate change challenges.

Aside from her technical expertise, Kelley is also dedicated to promoting diversity and empowering women. During her time at Intel, she played a pivotal role in developing training programs that created better opportunities for women in underrepresented communities, impacting over 3,000 women positively. As a leader, she believes in the power of kindness and strives to help others advance in their careers.
