AwareX Set to Shake Up DTW24 With New Innovations in Customer Engagement for Telecom Providers

Digital Transformation World (DTW24) will once again touch down in Copenhagen, Denmark later this month, and AwareX will be there showcasing the latest in digital customer engagement solutions designed for communication service providers.

TM Forum‘s Digital Transformation World (DTW) event is a premier conference focused on digital transformation in the telecommunications industry, providing a great opportunity for collaboration and networking with industry leaders, technology experts, and business executives from telecom companies, vendors, and service providers. The event is held annually, and includes keynote speeches, panel discussions, and workshops about the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in digital transformation. DTW is especially significant for AwareX, as AwareX’s digital engagement suite is closely tied to TM Forum’s standardized APIs. This integration between TM Forum APIs and AwareX’s platform ensures interoperability, scalability, and adherence to best practices, facilitating seamless service delivery and improved customer experiences for communication service providers.

At this year’s show, AwareX will showcase their latest in B2B offerings, encompassing a comprehensive suite of digital customer engagement solutions tailored for communication service providers (CSPs), including:

  • Personalization tools utilizing data analytics and AI to offer tailored experiences and recommendations to customers
  • Self-service solutions allowing CSPs to enable their customers to manage accounts, troubleshoot issues, and access services independently
  • Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and engagement, helping CSPs optimize their service delivery and marketing strategies

Most notably, AwareX will be demonstrating exciting new developments in their digital assistant product, which utilizes AI to deliver real-time, personalized support and guidance, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Catalyst project

For the third time, AwareX will also participate in the TM Forum Catalyst program at DTW24, a collection of collaborative initiatives that develop innovative solutions to industry challenges using new technologies. For the past several years, Catalyst Projects have been central to driving digital transformation, fostering industry collaboration, and accelerating the adoption of cutting-edge solutions in telecommunications.

AwareX’s Catalyst Project for DTW24 was developed alongside Telefónica, Verizon, Viasat, and Aussie Broadband, all about how AI-driven lifecycle management can enhance CSP operations. In the project, collaborating participants demonstrate how AI-based tools enable real-time personalized offers to improve lifecycle management by reducing time and costs, boosting sales, and improving customer satisfaction. The solution dynamically tailors offers to customer needs, simplifying product catalog management and addressing the challenges of mass customization for telcos.
