Vivacity Infrastructure Group, a leader in communications infrastructure solutions, is expanding its leadership team with the addition of two accomplished industry leaders: Mike Brescio and Frank Caccamo. These strategic hires mark a significant step in the company’s mission to accelerate innovation and growth across its portfolio of companies.

Mike Brescio joins Vivacity Infrastructure Group as Chief Financial Officer. In the role of CFO, Mike will lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. Mike joins the Vivacity leadership team with over 25 years of industry experience and a proven track record of financial leadership and strategic growth in the telecom, infrastructure and energy sectors.

Joining him is Frank Caccamo, who steps into the role of as Senior Vice President of PMO, IT and Transformation. Caccamo brings over 17 years of industry experience, most recently leading Lightpath’s service delivery team. During his tenure, he spearheaded building and scaling the company’s service delivery organization, streamlining operational processes to achieve greater quality, consistency and scalability while providing fiber network solutions to enterprises, carriers and hyperscalers. His expertise, experience and leadership will underpin Vivacity’s mission to deliver future-ready communications infrastructure solutions while driving consistent growth across the organization.
