The Cloud Communications Alliance is turning to the expertise of Q Advisors Partners Michael Quinn and Gerry DeHaven to lead a virtual panel discussion on April 22nd. According to the CCA, “We are facing a unique confluence of global economic factors that could impact leveraged companies in the short to medium term.”
The organization is featuring members of the Q Advisors leadership team, who have restructured over $3B in tech and telecom deals. Quinn and DeHaven plan to revisit their 2008 playbook and discuss capital market similarities to the current climate, and discuss strategies and how CCA members can take affirmative actions to reduce negative impacts of a slow-down in revenue.
Q Advisors recently appointed TMT industry veteran Dmitry Netis to Managing Director, Business Development as part of the firm’s commitment to assisting clients with the current economic climate, including plans for debt restructuring, M&A and financing options.
