2020 is proving to be successful for Q Advisors with another acquisition deal in the books so far this year. TPx Communications announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition by affiliates of Siris Capital Group, LLC (“Siris”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Q Advisors, a global TMT investment banking boutique, acted as the financial and strategic advisor to TPx Communications in this transaction.
