Q Advisors continues to expand its European presence with a new office and leadership in Munich, Germany to support European digitalization via the firm’s Cloud and Managed Services sector expertise.
Q Advisors appointed Kristian MacCarter as Managing Director of the Munich location. He will lead the firm’s newest European expansion efforts alongside an established team, including Michael Quinn, Founding Partner, Q Advisors. MacCarter has 10+ years of investment banking experience in both the U.S. and Europe, as well as an extensive M&A, private placement, and recapitalization track record.
“The next step in our expansion process was critically considered after witnessing a steady progression of deal activity in Europe, and we are thrilled to welcome Kristian back to Q Advisors,” states Michael Quinn. “We are prepared to grow globally and meet the demand for this increased activity, with a local team and presence in place.
