Onix Expands AI Customer Engagement Capabilities with UJET Services Acquisition

Onix has announced the acquisition of the professional services business unit of UJET, a cloud-native Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) provider. This move reinforces Onix’s leadership in AI-powered customer engagement and further strengthens its position as a premier Google Cloud partner.

The acquisition is especially significant given UJET’s deep integration with Google Cloud’s Customer Engagement AI Suite (CES) and its close alignment with Google’s contact center modernization efforts. By bringing UJET’s professional services team into the fold, Onix gains enhanced capabilities in deploying next-generation AI-driven customer experience solutions, particularly through the CES ecosystem, Agentspace, and its proprietary agentic AI platform.

The combined offering will support organizations in deploying intelligent, cost-effective contact center applications that reduce total cost of ownership while enhancing customer satisfaction and scaling AI transformation across high-volume environments. With Onix’s IP and UJET’s specialized service expertise now unified, clients across more than 10 industries can expect accelerated implementation of AI agents, virtual assistants, and conversational interfaces.
