Northampton Capital Partners and Provident Data Centers, a Dallas-based data center developer, have announced a joint venture to develop a next-generation turnkey data center in the North Dallas Corridor. The facility will deliver 54MW of critical capacity by late 2027, addressing capacity constraints in one of the nation’s most active data center markets.
The 74MW site benefits from its strategic position in the Dallas market, offering low-latency access to critical interconnects that serve as a key hub for nationwide data center connectivity. The project taps into strong market demand for inference-ready capacity as hyperscalers and AI workloads continue driving infrastructure investments across the region. Beyond this initial development, the partners have committed to a longer-term framework for expanding their collaboration across top-tier markets nationwide.
“Provident has demonstrated a proven track record of sourcing, developing, and delivering data center sites, and we look forward to building on this partnership as we pursue inference-ready opportunities to absorb the growing market demand.” Roman Pacewicz, Managing Partner of Provident Data Centers, added that the partnership delivers “highly networked data center capacity in a near zero-vacancy market” optimized for the rapidly growing demand for inference workloads.
