2021 continues to be an exciting year for NFINIT as they add a new VP of Customer Success to their executive team. With experience in customer care, account planning, project management, and consultative selling, Ashley Shaw joins NFINIT during a time of rapid growth for the company. Shaw is set to keep NFINIT focused on their top priority – their customers and customer experience.

Previously the Director of Client Services with TrueCommerce, Shaw has also held various positions at ecUtopia.
This announcement comes on the heels of a busy growth period for NFINIT. After launching a new brand in February 2020 to reflect the evolution of the company into a full-stack technology services provider, NFINIT expanded in Phoenix in September, released a new suite of object storage solutions in December, and appointed Phil Kenney as CEO in January. Over the past two years, NFINIT invested over $15.5 million in technology platforms, network, and facilities. The company, which recently earned the #27 spot on the 2021 Channel Futures MSP 501 list, anticipates additional new product and customer service rollouts in 2021.
