NetSapiens Celebrates Four Awards and an Acquisition

NetSapiens, a B2B provider of Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) and Contact Center solutions to service providers, has been on a tear in recent months — and the company’s latest release signifies no intention of slowing down. The latest from NetSapiens’ press room is an announcement that celebrates a string of award recognitions, all of which follow the company’s recently unveiled acquisition by Crexendo, Inc.

Garnering four awards in four months, NetSapiens is now the recipient of:

  • The 2021 TMCnet Remote Work Pioneer Award
  • The 2020 Video Conferencing Excellence Award
  • The 2020 Cloud Computing Backup & Disaster Recovery Award
  • The 2020 Unified Communications Excellence Award

Representing more than just industry accolades, these recognitions underscore NetSapiens’ core commitment to excellence and reaffirm its ability to deliver true innovation within the wider UC arena. In addition to its hallmark feature-rich, cloud-native SNAPsolution platform, the company offers a host of tools including SNAPaccel — its managed IaaS solution — and SNAP.HD, a high-definition video conference and webinar solution. These capabilities together ensure service providers are equipped with an offering that seamlessly aligns with the evolving needs of the market and its end users.

Since its inception in 2002, NetSapiens’ success has remained driven by its suite of disruptive products, all of which are complemented by the company’s ability to adapt to the needs of its service provider partners. Whether through third-party technology synergies (including Microsoft Teams integrations) or its ability to pivot quickly in response to unprecedented global events, NetSapiens exhibits a deep understanding of the customer and of the innovation they require to achieve business objectives. This is exemplified in the company’s 2020 release of its SNAPsolution platform v41, which delivers advanced collaboration features to support the sudden shift to remote work caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, the company is undeniably in the midst of a series of growth-defining milestones — including its acquisition.

“We’ve always believed that a deep understanding of how business end-users leverage different types of communications and collaboration technologies is extremely important,” says Anand Buch, CEO of NetSapiens. “Remaining attuned to market needs and how they’re evolving in a changing business landscape helps us provide our own service provider partners with greater ability to attract and retain clients in their markets.”

The company also recently surpassed 1.7 million users, growing its user base by 70 percent in just over 1 year. This strong trajectory — combined with the recognition it continues to draw across the market and the positive outcomes it drives for service provider partners — is what generated some new and exciting developments for NetSapiens. Crexendo has now entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the company, underscoring NetSapiens’ market impact and paving the way for even more rapid growth and expanded service capability.
