This collaboration integrates Munters’ SyCool systems with ZutaCore’s advanced 2-phase liquid cooling technology, tackling the growing challenges of AI-generated heat in data centers.

The joint system will optimize performance from chip-level heat dissipation through all phases of the heat rejection cycle, offering a waterless solution that eliminates the risk of water leakage — one of the primary concerns in traditional liquid cooling systems.
