Metromont will sponsor the 2026 TAG Infrastructure Society Data Center Bus Tour on September 9, giving attendees an inside look at four projects across Metro Atlanta’s growing data center market. The Atlanta data center tour will include stops at DataBank ATL6, Vantage GA-21, DC BLOX ATL1-B, and DC BLOX ATL1-A, providing participants with an opportunity to see different construction approaches and projects at varying stages of development. Metromont’s Jennifer Toeppner, Director of Business Development, will once again chair the event.
Hosted by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Infrastructure Society, the annual event brings data center developers, contractors, engineers, technology leaders, service providers, and other industry professionals directly into the facilities supporting Georgia’s expanding digital infrastructure ecosystem. This year’s stops include precast construction at DataBank ATL6 and Vantage GA-21, as well as DC BLOX ATL1-B, a tilt-wall hyperscale facility nearing turnover to its end user.
The tour will also visit DC BLOX ATL1-A, an all-precast facility, featuring Metromont’s first rooftop chiller platforms. Both DC BLOX ATL1-A and Vantage GA-21 feature Metromont’s work, giving attendees an opportunity to see firsthand how precast systems are being incorporated into large-scale, mission-critical facilities. Following the tours, attendees will gather for a lunch program featuring Jeff Uphues and an industry update from Mike Lash, Executive Vice President at CBRE.
The 2026 TAG Data Center Bus Tour is expected to bring together approximately 150 to 180 professionals from across the data center infrastructure, development, and construction community. The event runs from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9, beginning at Miller Electric Company in Austell, Georgia. Learn more and register for the event here.
