ASG to have two panel sessions during Infra/STRUCTURE in Las Vegas

Specialized advisory firm ASG will be well represented at Infra/Structure next month in Las Vegas, with two distinct panel sessions. Daniel Golding appears on both, alongside CEO Jarrett Appleby, VP of Market & Business Development Scott Jones, and Partner Dustin Wertheimer.

First, Golding joins Chris Crosby and Raul Martynek for a session built around a simple idea: most of what shapes this industry never gets said out loud in public.

The panel, “Chatham House Rules: What Is Really Happening on the Ground,” borrows a framework nearly a century old. The Chatham House rule was created in 1927 to let people speak candidly about hard problems without the conversation being tied back to them. At Infra/Structure, that same rule opens the floor for industry leaders to say what they actually see in the field, not the version polished for a press release.

Data center development is still opaque in ways that make it hard to plan around. Power availability, interconnection timelines, and regulatory risk shift by market and by proceeding, and the public narrative rarely keeps pace with the ground truth. This session is built to close that gap, separating fact from fiction.

Golding brings ASG’s cross-disciplinary view of power, policy, real estate, and infrastructure into the discussion, alongside two leaders who have built and financed this sector from different angles.

Then ASG’s full team takes the stage together on Oct. 7 at 4:05 pm for “Are We Screwed? Power, Capital, Compute, and Billions of Dollars at Risk,” with Golding, Appleby, Jones, and Wertheimer all on the panel. The AI infrastructure race is accelerating, but public sentiment, power constraints, site availability, and supply chain pressure are making execution harder to predict. This interactive discussion brings developers, power experts, and investors together to name the biggest risks facing the industry and the practical strategies teams are using to navigate them. It’s a candid conversation built around the questions investors and executives are asking right now.

If you’re headed to Infra/Structure in Las Vegas next month, ASG’s two sessions are worth listening to.
