Archtop Fiber is entering its next chapter of growth with a leadership transition designed to build on the company’s momentum and long-term vision. Founder and CEO Jeff DeMond has transitioned to Executive Chairman of the Board, while former CFO and COO Keith Taub has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective Sept. 4, 2026.
The transition comes as Archtop Fiber continues expanding its high-performance fiber network and bringing reliable, future-ready connectivity to more residents, businesses, and communities. As Executive Chairman, DeMond will remain actively involved in the company, helping guide long-term strategy, growth initiatives, and key stakeholder relationships while Taub leads Archtop’s day-to-day execution and next phase of development.
“Building Archtop Fiber has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. We’ve built an outstanding company with a talented team, a strong culture, and significant momentum across our markets,” said DeMond. “As Executive Chairman, I look forward to continuing to work alongside our employees, customers, and leadership team as we build on that momentum.”
Taub takes the helm with deep familiarity with Archtop’s business, operations, and growth strategy through his previous roles as CFO and COO. Under his leadership, Archtop will remain focused on expanding access to high-performance fiber connectivity, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and investing in the communities it serves.
