Gain insider insights on this year’s most important conversations, networking opportunities and strategies for maximizing your experience at Capacity Europe taking place on October 13 -15 in London.
Capacity Europe 2026 is bringing together the biggest names in connectivity, cloud, data centers, subsea networks and beyond for three days of networking, deal-making and conversations shaping the future of digital infrastructure.
With a packed agenda, exciting networking opportunities and a redesigned event layout, there’s plenty to explore. But how do you make the most of your time at one of Europe’s most anticipated industry gatherings
JSA went straight to the source! We caught up with the Capacity Europe team for the inside scoop on what’s new this year, the must-visit spots around the venue and their top tips for making meaningful connections that extend well beyond the conference floor.
JSA: Tell us what makes Capacity Europe conference a must-do event.
Capacity: Capacity Europe brings the entire digital infrastructure ecosystem together in one place; from fibre, subsea and data centres to cloud, software, security, automation and investment.
As Europe’s leading networking and deal-making event for the sector, it creates the most concentrated environment for senior decision-makers to meet, build partnerships, negotiate deals and align on the strategies shaping connectivity through to 2030, whilst enjoying a memorable and exciting business visit to London.
JSA: How do you suggest Capacity Europe attendees approach their personal agendas?
Capacity: Attendees should plan their agendas around a mix of structured meetings, priority content sessions and time for spontaneous networking. We have multiple content tracks across Capacity, Datacloud and the Sky Bar, plus receptions, happy hours and summit-style formats, so it is worth identifying key themes relevant to your business in advance – such as AI-ready infrastructure, network automation, data centre growth, subsea resilience or investment – plus making sure to build meetings around the people and companies most relevant to those goals.
JSA: How can Capacity Europe attendees optimize networking opportunities?
Capacity: Book meetings early, prioritise the companies and contacts you most want to connect with, and leave space in the diary for informal conversations onsite.
Capacity Europe is designed around both planned and organic networking. There’s private meeting spaces, hubs, social environments, happy hours and receptions across the three days so the best approach really is to combine a clear, strategies meeting plan with a little spontaneous flexibility.
JSA: What are some of the key locations within Capacity Europe conference venue?
Capacity: The main Capacity content areas, Datacloud content spaces, Sky Bar, private meeting spaces, networking hubs, exhibition areas, receptions and dedicated environments for formats such as the (DILS) Digital Infra Leadership Summit, Women in Digital Infrastructure Roundtables, VIP lunches and lightning roundtables. We’ve also got a redesigned event layout in 2026 to improve flow between meetings, content and networking.
JSA: What are your top 3 tips for making the most of Capacity Europe?
Capacity:
- Plan early and be intentional – use the agenda and online app’s networking tools to identify must-meet contacts, key sessions and priority themes before arriving onsite.
- Balance meetings with discovery. When you schedule your most important meetings, make sure to leave time to explore content, meet new partners and join receptions or networking.
- Follow up quickly; Capacity Europe is where the strategic conversations start, but capturing important actions and ensuring you continue discussions after the event plays a really key part in getting those onsite introductions into a business opportunities.
