GPC Infrastructure, an owner and operator of modular onsite power systems for data centers, has strengthened its leadership team this week with the appointment of Steve Jones as Chief Financial Officer and Fran Federman and John Jensen as independent members of its Board of Managers. The additions bring significant financial, digital infrastructure, energy and operational expertise to GPC as the company continues to scale its platform to meet growing demand for reliable onsite power.

Jones joins GPC with extensive experience building and scaling energy infrastructure companies. As CFO, Jones will focus on supporting GPC’s operational growth and maintaining the financial and capital strength needed as the company expands its portfolio of onsite power projects.

Federman and Jensen further strengthen GPC’s Board of Managers alongside representatives from EIV Capital. Federman brings deep expertise in digital infrastructure, capital allocation and strategic growth. Jensen brings more than 35 years of leadership experience across the energy and nonprofit sectors.
