Digital Marketing Manager

As a Hubspot certified user, Megan finds her speciality in inbound marketing and lead generation. She enjoys strategizing drip campaigns and how to re-engage an audience through lead nurturing programs.

As an Account Analyst, Megan’s everyday activities include managing clients’ website content; creating unique blog material; crafting and managing social media content; pitching industry events, awards, and speaking opportunities; analytics reporting; as well as organizing client agendas, action items, and editorial calendars. In addition, she enjoys taking on in-house design projects such as infographics, emails, social media graphics, and more.

As part of the JSA Research Team, Megan engages in consistent communication with key industry players from top publications in order to stay up to date with the best editorial opportunities for our clients.

In May of 2015, Megan graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics. She began her professional career as a Market Analyst in the Investment Bank for JP Morgan Chase & Co. With a strong desire to gain more creative content experience, she furthered her career with a Chicago-based, start-up marketing agency where she gained skills in digital marketing, lead generation, content creation, social media management, and more. Her experience at that agency gave her the skills required to land at JSA in 2017, where she has been given the opportunities to further refined her skills and become the inbound marketer she is today.

Although Chicago will always be home for Megan, she finds great value and personal growth in having the ability to work from anywhere in the country. She is happiest when traveling and exploring new places – especially when accompanied by her yellow-lab/german shepherd mix, Rodie.
